I have worked for National Companies, Regional Companies & Local Companies. We started this business to be able to provide the highest level of care for our Utah Community.
Roger Kartchner
Vice President - Clinical Director
I was born & raised in Albuquerque, NM. I graduated from Manzano High School. Went to TVI, were I received an Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy. I worked in Hospital's Critical Care for 6-years and Home care for 20 years. I am a certified Respiratory Therapist and have a Respiratory Care Licensure in the state of Utah. I perform sever functions for DME; I do all of the oxygen and Nebulizer set ups, as well as marketing for the company. My goal is to maintain the highest levels of patient care in the health care industry.
Robin Kartchner
Vice President - Collections Manager
I worked in the collections/billing industry since1991. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of New Mexico. My responsibilities include following insurance claims to ensure they are paid and paid at correct rates. I take billing calls from patients & claim call from insurance companies. I post to accounts.

Customer Service Manager/Corp. Secretary - Treasurer
I was born and raised in Arizona. I west to college in Arizona for Education. I worked for U.S. West in Arizona for 15-years as a customer service rep. I have been with DME since 1996. I have been through many equipment in-services for the products we rent and sell. My goal is to provide each patients the best personal customer services, and to help them feel that each patient is important to me and our company. We love your patients here at DME Health Services.
Karolyn Kartchner
Clerical - Billings
I've been working for DME Health Services for 11-years, since 1999. I started with follow-up care visiting Oxygen Patients and then started working in the office. I have one year of college experience, at UNM. I make sure we have current CMNs & Rx for our patients, process and mail the billing, answer the phones, and help walk-in patients.
Willie Corbin
Sleep Technician - Purchasing Agent
I have been in the HME industry for 7 1/2 years. I order supplies and equipment such as CPAPs and accessories. I also help with patient care and equipment care. I'm currently working towards a degree in Respiratory Care.
Willie takes a special interest in the care of patients and clients. He enjoys helping others and knows how to make our patients feel comfortable.
Jamie Schapper
Sleep Technician - Billing Coordinator
Born in Phoenix, AZ, I graduated from Pleasant Grove High School, home of the Mighty Vikings. Also, graduated from University of San Francisco with a degree in Business Administration. I played 4 years of NCAA Division 1 Volleyball, where I learned many life and career strengthening skills. I have working in the HME/DME Industry & at DME Health Services since 2007. I am trained in many aspects of our business, such training includes: Billing, Customer Service, Sleep Apnea. As well, I am CPR & First Aid certified. I perform many functions at DME Health Services; I am a Sleep Technician, Customer Service Rep., and a Billing Coordinator. My goal is to creat lasting relationships with our patients and maintain the highest level of follow-up patient care.
Marilyn Macdonald
Oxygen Follow-Up Technician
I have been working in this industry for DME Health Services for almost six years. I have a high school education and am a former cosmetologist. My responsibilities are to check oxygen concentrators in patients homes to make sure they are functioning properly and to make sure the patients know how to use their concentrators. The best park of my job is getting to know my patients and the friendly relationships we have formed. They always make me feel welcome and it is a pleasure to serve them.
Dane Schapper
Sleep Technician - Accountant
I was born in Utah, raised in Eugene, OR, and graduated from Springfield High School. I have worked at DME Health Services since 2007. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. At DME Health Services, I work in the accounting department and also help patients with their CPAP equipment. My main goal is the provide patients with satisfactory customer service.
Ashlee Drussel
I grew up in the Payson area and graduated from Payson High School. After high school I attended UVU majoring in Behavioral Health. I have worked at DME about a year and a half. Some of my duties include answering phones, maintaining patient charts, making sure doctors receive test results in a timely manner. My main goal is to make sure everyone has a positive experience with our company by giving the best customer service I can give.
